Inventory management

I'm always bouncing off the inventory limits for potion ingredients. I've been recycling snowdrops, scurvygrass, newt spleen and ginger as they seem pretty common. What is everyone else doing?

Stack up your potions, always be brewing to reduce inventory space. I focus on Brain Elixirs, Exstimulo Potions, and Invigorator Draughts. Any items over 5 (except for brain elixir ingredients) I drop.

Sure you can buy more space. It's 30 additional inventory slots, and you get 10 gold each day from doing your dailies. I'd at least do it once, but it's up to you!

I focus on certain potions (baruffio's and exstimulio) and keep the ingredients for those in stock. The rest I have potions for, if those are running out I collect those ingredients again and make a few potions.

Pretty much the same. I'm constantly brewing with 3 more potions in queue. I keep 5 or so of each rare ingredient, more of the ones I'm constantly using in potions and throw out the rest. I don't care how rare unicorn hair is, if I'm not using it, its just taking up space.

I always like to have potions brewing. My ingredients are often maxed but I get potions brewing with a little gold to complete the recipe most of the time. Out of gold now though lol. But yes maxing out sections of the inventory happens quickly while playing the game.

I think that reaching the 475 coins that the inventory and energy pack calls for is what most compensates when it comes to spending the little gold they give. It's a shame they do not give the option to sell or change ingredients and potions. Now I eliminate any ingredient that exceeds 15 or 10, according to its use, and I spend many more potions than before

I agree with Elsiar that they should allow you to sell ingredients for gold, making it slightly easier to get gold to increase inventory slots.

One thing to do is create a list or spreadsheet of the different potions, the ingredients they use, and how much is needed to make the potion. Since a couple of the potions can't be made until you reach specific levels (like 13 and 15), there's no point in keeping those ingredients in stock and taking up space. On the other hand, it's good to keep more commonly used ingredients well-stocked, so you can brew up something you need.

The first time i played i got over 20 gingers, and that newt spleens. I thought i would need them later. Then i got to know that i could manage them, so i began tossing them and only left it some, just enough ti brew 2 to 3 potions, since then i only take the ingredients i need, and i rarely visit greenhouses, coxz i can't choose what i will get.

The rarest ingredients thus far are Powdered Dragon Claw (try portkeys and ensure you have room for ingredients before activating Portkey) and Armadillo Bile. The rest are common enough to keep a smaller supply when you have limited space.
