@OlgaMalfoy Unfortunately I hadn’t realized it because most players I met in WU care about each other and have been united. Regardless, from what I’ve seen tagging you gets immediate moderator attention for some unknown reason. I need HPWU’s attention to get RSBs for the 100s of players who missed it. We have been waiting 10 days without a response for the most precious resources.
@Duckbeak206 I know you're trying to get things sorted and you don't have any ill intentions here. But I believe the only reason things got a reaction was because I reported abuse. 2 discussions portrayed personal attacks and aggressive behavior while tagging me and was not on topic with that particular discussion. It seems that a moderator viewed the situation and took appropriate action and closed the discussion.
It wasn't about who's being tagged. Rather what the context of the post was about. I wouldn't recommend unnecessarily tagging people, or being aggressive (please don't do that) even though you have no malicious intentions.
I'm assuming the team hasn't responded probably because they don't know have information from a bigger team perhaps? This is just my assumption though.
(Have been wondering why people kept tagging me for the last 2 weeks.... I understand now but felt so weird! Lol😅)

@AltarielValice I think someone mentioned on a forum post that tagging you gets attention from HPWU. I’m not sure of the origin. But obviously for people waiting forever for responses from the team, any mechanism for attention would be something worth trying.

@HPWUblue I don’t understand why you edited my comment taking leaving the rest of my comment out of context. The person I was responding to in the previous message told me they couldn’t see my reply even though there was a notification. I’m guessing this means your actions weren’t based on any complaints by them either. How about you provide us a response instead of trying to misstate our comments or perform unwanted internet policing? We still have no clue what’s happening to the folks impacted by the bug HPWU team caused two brilliant events ago blocking us from playing the event.
I am also restating what I had posted in the previous message. Someone told me tagging AltarielValice would get a response from the HPWU team. Looks like it was a misunderstanding, but I tried it before I came to know.

I'm just Sigyn, a user just like any of you and I try to be helpful where i can. 🙂 I really don't have any superpowers ... besides waking up late for work. The tagging doesn't bother me, just the rather abrasive and aggressive comments.
I appreciate that @HPWUblue is doing his/her best to keep the forum a clean and safe place though! Moderating any platform is never an easy task and I appreciate what you do!!💙💙
I wish we got responses from @HPWUblue or rest of @HPWUTeam as well. This particular issue, we have no cause, no fixes and just a lot of missing functionality. It’s just so sad to be denied the storyline, completion and resources after investing so much time, money and resources in this game for the last 2.5 years.
@HPWUTeam I am very disappointed in the way you have treated us over this issue. I thought with all the other bugs and terrible communication, you couldn’t do worse, but you certainly have exceeded your own low expectations. I give up on any fix or compensation from your end, and will make sure not to play any more of your games. I am glad you are only a game company and we have the option to ignore you, just like you ignore us.
Thanks for having created a game that brought the community together and gave us some very happy memories. I’m just sorry the terrible mismanagement led to the demise of the game, and I’m sad to see you aren’t learning it.
