I've tried swapping between WiFi and data, restarting my phone, clearing cache and reinstalling the game but get this error everything I try to open it.

Hi, I’m having the ssme issue, the game starts, I can interact with foundables, pick up an ingredient, but there’s no menu on the screen. No Knight bus icon either, just a plain map with fragments on it.

@HPWUblue I'm now stuck in the restart loop too, was fine a couple of hours ago when I logged into the game and have been on steady wifi all day so connection is not the issue. Thanks in advance for helping!
My game is stuck in a game loading loop. I can't seem to do ANYTHING to get it to load before my game says I don't have internet (while on both mobile dats and Wi-Fi). Before I updated my game I was only able to pick up ingredients (after being able to collect potions earlier in the day) but after the update I can't even get into the game.

Can‘t start HPWU - App is everytime rebooting. Same on my wifes iPhone (FelisFelicita).
