For the fifth or sixth time on this event alone. Seems like they are trying to discourage android users, coupled with the adventure sync issue that has existed for almost a year. Really not sure why I play this piece of **** game anymore.
wizard challenge crashes when using potions. And all the progress goes away and wasted potions. At least maybe make it to where you can return to the wizard challenge like it does when the application crashes during adversary battle.
Omg so I just got kicked out if 2 different adversary chains now! First one was at last adversary and the second was at the first adversary. This is insane. I keep losing spell energy, potions, and rewards and the dark mark I used. Insanity!!!!
I will tap on a confoundable on the map, after opening it and using a potion, I will get the following error. It will force quit the game. It's very frustrating because my potion will be going but the confoundable I intended to use it on is gone. It completely wastes the potion! It's also random. Not a specific category of confoundables or severity, but it's always high or above.
I was soloing a wizarding challenging in Dark Chamber V. Late into the challenge, using one of my potions gave me an error message and restarted the game, something that has been happening A LOT lately. Error messages from potions have been causing me to waste countless potions and get kicked out of fortresses and adversary encounters more and more frequently.
The error message was: "An error has occurred with the wireless network. Please try again." I have received this error message many times while using mobile data as well as while using wifi, including wifi at numerous different locations. It is happening with such frequency that I lately don't feel like I can sign up to play any wizarding challenges with other people, because if I get that error message for using a potion and am kicked out of the fortress then it leaves them on their own unfairly, makes it seem like I have abandoned the team, and wastes my runestones and potions.
Because of today's specific incident, I lost a Level 4 Legends of Hogwarts runestone, and all of the MANY potions I had used thus far in the challenge (5 wit sharpening potions, 3 Strong Invigoration Draughts, 2 Potent Exstimulo Potions, 1 Healing Potion, and 6 Strong Exstimulo Potions) were completely wasted. I would like to have those restored to my user account.
Yeah I'm fed up of this too. Been happening for months. Especially when I get to the last Adversary and it happens. Like you mentioned, countless potions wasted. And does not let you carry on from where you got kicked out from. I pretty much only use mobile data as it's unlimited. This really needs fixing. Great Post Btw.
It's a known bug, and I've put up with it for a long time. Since the game is closing, I wanted to solo challenges, but this bug makes this impossible. You are bound to hit the bug when you use more than three potions. I used five and got kicked out during the final foe.
Can't believe this bug is still here after all the complaints and reports

STILL happening. I saved this port key and was stoked to get Queenie…BUT… The “battle” never happened because the game restart notice appeared AGAIN.

I get kicked with the same message at end of adversary battles and on 1920s portkeys when I use a portion. Happens most of the time now
This can sometimes be avoided by making sure that you let the bubbles animation finish before proceeding.

Only thing that helps is don't touch the screen after drinking a potion until the animation finishes
