Community Day Tips and Tricks

I hope you are all excited about Community Day tomorrow. As a fellow player, I know I am especially excited to tackle those Wizarding Challenges and get bonus XP. I wanted to gather together a few tips to make the most out of community day!
Logistics:
- Bring battery packs!
- Make sure you are equipped with water and snacks (perhaps pumpkin pasties)
Gameplay:
- Be sure to claim your complimentary Community Day pack in Diagon Alley
- Use the map in ‘Local Groups and Events’ to find fellow players in your area
- Use Baruffio's Brain Elixir to maximize XP gain.
- Plan out your potion strategy - make sure your cauldrons are empty before Community Day kicks off so you can take advantage of the decreased brewing time
- Find fellow players to enter Wizarding Challenges with. Make sure you are in-game friends with the players to maximize your bonus XP!

Tip!!!!
If you want to alert nearby players that you are in the area but you don't want to keep throwing your Runestones away then try this! Enter the Fortress>Select a level>Apply a runestone>Hit the x and select Leave. The miasma will spiral around the Fortress for about 30s or so but if you see someone else activating things in the area this might attract them to you. Remember though, while the Stay and Leave options are up the counter is still actively counting down so don't dawdle to hit Leave or you may spend the runestone. Of course setting off some Dark Detectors works too but for us free players sometimes we have to conserve a bit.

In addition to "Bring Battery packs": If you have extras, bring extra cables (microUSB, USB-C, iPhone) in case your friend/team mate needs a quick plug into your battery.
Since the emphasis of this community day involves wizarding challenges... For those unfamiliar with battling with other professions, the thread here has a write up with some pretty sound advice. It’s assuming at least one player of each profession. I know it helped me understand my role in group play. My group tomorrow may not have any aurors unless we happen to come across someone, so my work around is to brew as many invigorating potions as I can to up my focus.

@CytopeAchen aww, hope you can catch a fortress or two during slow time. Hopefully no one will need your services in the first place... that’s a tough job.
