I recently updated from an iPhone 10 to an iPhone 13, and I can't get apple health to work allow access to adventure sync--any suggestions?
As an iOS user myself, I’d say start with Apple support. Especially as you just got this phone, you should be able to get phone support for free: 1-800-APLCARE
I have had this problem before with another phone model, maybe contact Niantic support instead, so not to bother Apple with a game problem, and are you getting the pop up? That is the easiest way to get to the hidden settings.
Thanks for chiming in @HarryPutter1234 , I may have read their issue incorrectly— thought they said they couldn’t get AppleHealth to work AT ALL, but now I see @KMK724 may have meant they can’t get Apple Health to connect to the game. 🤦🏻♀️
