So it appears we have 2 new events scheduled for Back to School. Less than 4 days to hop on that train.

I’m really excited the next one is in less than 4 days. I thought this upcoming week would be an “off week” with no event, so that’s exciting.
I also really enjoy the fact that this “Back to School” aligns with most schools going back into session this month. Helps feel like we really are living out the timeline of the Calamity and I’m excited to see what happens next.
Also, let’s be honest...are these foundables not ultra-exciting? The snack cart lady, the Hogwarts train, the boats of children going to the castle. I’m so in love!!

I am sooooo excited!! At first I thought we weren't getting a new event for a while, but this is amazing!!
I know the game probably can't keep this up forever, but I hope they do at least for the rest of this year? I really want people to keep playing. I love the community <3
I was so surprised when I saw the events in app!! I heard some were in the works, just didn’t know it would be so soon! Yay for restricted books!
@Dogoutlaw same here. I saw that and had to stifle my excitement because I was on the phone with the electric company arguing about my mother's insane electric bill. LOL
@JulieJubz I was thinking they would do one each quarter. Which would keep the progression steady. But you know what, I'm not about to turn down more restricted section books! LOL
@SamuelHaight yes!! I’m going to use the two part event books to get the “initial focus” that’s tucked away behind that one hat in the professor tree. It needs 15 green books which makes me so sad... but initial focus is so necessary 😭
@JulieJubz I hit up that date with Gilderoy during the last event. That initial focus is sooo nice!
@Dogoutlaw omg I didn’t even noticed it was a Gilderoy one! That’s a perfect way to put it, haha 😆
I told myself I’d do it if the next event was a double one as well... so now I just gotta try and not back out of my own idea, haha.
@JulieJubz You won’t regret it. Especially if you fortress solo.
Does anyone know if we can delete portkeys? I have 4 7km portkeys from the last brilliant event and don't want to waste silver keys clearing them out for the new event.
@Pararescuejmper You can not delete portkeys. Once you pick it up, it is yours until it is unlocked. I spent Friday night walking off my last Brilliant portkeys before this next event begins so I don’t get confused and open an old brilliant thinking it is a new one.
@Overflow4487 I did the same thing! And I have 4 empty spots for new Brilliant Portmanteau, just waiting. LOL
I was bummed that I opened my boots yesterday and picked up more...before the event!
May I please have red books instead of green?
