As reported by others: It doesn't happen every time, but for example: I select a foe, enter the chamber and I have a few goes and then select a potion - result: getting kicked out or if I select the potion right after entering the chamber - result: getting kicked out.
I know that you are not supposed to go onto "Restart game" but close it right away and open it up again, so it will take you back to the chamber, which is great, but is even more frustrating when it's a tight fight...Unfortunately, it does happen "often enough".
And I don't want to go out of the fight in order to select a potion and work around it.
Second time on three. Wastes hard earned potions especially on the required dark Chambers also leaves other players in the lurch. This s is not the first event in which this has occurred. Please Niamntc get it sorted .
Game forces a restart everytime I use a potion against a red beam foe. And no, I don’t know why I’m bothering to report because NO ONE CARES about players for this game or you wouldn’t make it so hard to get help

Cannot finish a fortress without getting restart error... No way to get back into fortress this is a terrible bug. Leaves others hanging.. And wastes my potions and spell energy with no reward so frustrating I think I'll stop playing.
When I used a wit sharpening portion during the fortress battle, I was forced to kick out. I could not return to the battle. I have faced this kind of error for 5-6 times in these two weeks. It occurs not only WSP but strong/potent estimulo portions. I cannot complete my highest chamber assignment without portions.
Estoy en combate y al querer utilizar tónico cuál sea me saca del combate en dos ocasiones me pasó y no pude regresar. Me maneja error en la red. Pero estoy con wifi y datos. No sé cómo es que fue error de red? Y de favor la sicroaventura. No me sirve si no está abierto y el cel. Se calienta porque no puedo llevarlo en la mano por los asaltos. Y así mismo del evento solo eh llegado a la segunda parte y de ahí no me salen a pesar de poner tónico de detención de rastros. Cómo creen que uno pueda acompletar si no salen y espero no pongan estar saliendo a abrir los trasladores mi país está en la 3ra. Ola de covid. Pongan otra cosa para que salga de favor

This happened to me twice just now. Wasted 6 potions, not to mention the spell energy. left my group hanging twice. How are we expected to finish the back to Hogwarts event when we can’t complete this task??

I happened to me many times and this should explain why my duo suddenly disappeared from the tower when we only have 2 foes left.
This has been very annoying since the previous event. Making me scared to use potions. I thought it was fixed but I just realized I misunderstood when I was forced to simply press the restart. Shame.
Edited: After 36 mins, happened again on map encounter.
This happened to me, too, and when I restarted the game, it didn’t let me back in the challenge. Now I am that player in Dark V. Lost a ton of potions. It isn’t limited to wizard challenges though. It is happening when I use potions on map traces, too. Always happens after I a select a potion and try to close out the potion selection screen.
I have played in 2 Dark chambers and each time I was booted out and the game restarted. I wasted potions and energy for nothing. I can’t keep trying for fear of losing everything again. Please give me back my items.
70% of the time during a wizarding challenge if I use a potion or Just out of the blue the game will stop and tell me I need to restart, causing me to lose my progress in the challenge which is a waste of Runestones and potions, and I get no prizes. Even if I am close to finishing the challenge. It has happened too many times now. It states it is a problem with my WiFi but that is definetly not the case. Please help
I’m so frustrated having wasted so many Potent potions during Forest/Dark chamber challenges after being booted out (Restart) many times, I’m not gonna bother attempting the bonus tasks! Super annoyed!

This is the problem I'm having too, its seems much worse this event, I'm sick of investing so many hours into all my potions only to put them into a battle that going to make me restart my app and lose all progress and potions. Please FIX THIS!

got to the end of a dark chamber and it crashed.
Same thing happening to me too! Really annoying, and I feel bad whenever it happens while I'm battling in a team!
Game crashes when I used coins to buy potions and consuming the potions in Fortress, Encounter s and Adversaries in the current Hogwarts event
Caused me many frustrations and also failed attempts to complete the tasks and wasted money buying coins to buy potions
I hope you can refund me or replace with some rare foundable or item which I don't have in the registry or potions

I am experiencing the application crashing and restarting randomly since this latest update.

It's happened to me again at 1 dark chamber, after using potent exstimulo, 3 strong exstimilo and 3 healing potions, i was forced to restart again

11.15 pm (thai) i'm at 2nd level dark chamber, after i use healing potion, it force to restart again…
I wasted wit sharpening potion, potent exstimulo potion and strong exstimulo potion againnnnnnn

I'm seeing this error restart everytime I use an estimulo potion during a fragment encounter.

ok this has worked for me twice on android.
when you get the connection error, DO NOT HIT THE RESTART BUTTON.
force close the app and then open it again and it will put you back into the chamber.
hope someone can test this out on ios and see if it works there, too.

Every time I use a potion I am kicked out of Dark Chamber. This has happened 5 times so I give up and will not do any more until fixed!!!!
