I have been errorred out of two consecutive dark I towers after using a total of 5 strong invigoration potions and 3 potent eatilliomous potions. This is also keeping me from completing the event and receiving the subsequent rewards. Please fix this and return my lost resources.
I have the same issue. Was in the middle of a dark chamber I. While battling I get an error message “An error occurred with the wireless network. Please try again.” Clicked restart. Able to get back into the game but not the fortress I was participating in. Tried again, but continue to have the same error. Lost 2 runestones, 3-4 potent/strong exstimalo, and 2-3 invigoration drought.
When playing in Dark Chamber 2, the game consistently shuts down and restarts. Rune stones are used and not returned, as well as, not retuning to Chamber upon restart of the game.
I had this happen just now in Dark I. Plenty of time left (5+ minutes), actively fighting, went to use a potion against an Erkling, got a "network error" and told to restart. At least I have plenty of runestones, but Oi! I really wanted that Marauders Map fragment! 😜
I was just in Forest and after defeating 2 foes, got an error window to restart the game. When I restarted it brought me back to the map. Going back to the Knight Bus I wasnt returned to my battle. I lost my runestone. Is there any known bug, maybe related to the Brilliant event or just the recent updates. I haven't had an issue with the Knight Bus until recently.
This has been happening to me also. I had saved up enough potions and spell energy to tackle the last few hard chambers. It's given me the error message 4 times and kicked me out 3 of the 4. On one of them it brought me back to the challenge. But the others I restarted at the map and lost all my potions, spell energy, rune stone, and gained no XP.
getting the same: I’ve been kicked out of fortress chambers in the middle of fighting twice. Both times was after consuming a potion right as I began an encounter with an opponent (not the first one), and the app reports that the wireless connection was lost — I was on WiFi both times and neither time did I lose either WiFi or Internet connectivity.
I’ve lost multiple level 3,4,5 runes due to the game restarting when I go to use a potion either during a battle or trace recovery. Can I please be reimbursed?
Used 4-5 potions, 1 including coins, and on my last for i used a 2nd potion (1 focus) and it crashed. I lost potions, coins, and level up in tower!! Please repay, I just spent cash cash in the last few hours and this is unacceptable. Attachments to the theft. Plus you need to correct the last 20+km and get that working or refund. I hope to hear back or report fraud to my banking service. Just because they're provided doesn't mean they can be taken without benefit and no repercussions.
And once restarted my trace and xp potions are gone. Also I have no access to my "cart" as it says no connection, either over full wifi or unlimited data connection while i am on here and rest of game works....
And it happened again, purchasing health bottles but both times it's been purchasing, 1st time a 1 focus bottle, and 2nd time a 4 focus bottle. I am about livid atm. I put cash cash because I was not listing spending on here but someone needs to review my account. You can bump me up a tower level being I only beat 1 foe before error. More game

I did still have my potion but lost challenge progress. This has happened other times in different forest chambers. Android 11 galaxy a51 5g.
Back in the day we had to open the potion list every time using a potion, inside fortress’s or dueling the adversaries.
Well, last week I had a friend telling me his game restardes every time he used 2 potions, I’ve tried recreating the situation, but I’m used to use a potion and exit, use another potion and then fight.
Not good news, recreated the bug several times this evening, worst part is losing the adversary, since they go away if your game restarts…
You get the normal DC text when this bug happens, can you take a look and maybe include at the Known Issue list?
And be aware kids: don’t use 2 potions in the same screen.

It was annoying during regular trace encounters, but not a big deal because I could go back to the trace after the app restarted. But during my first 1920’s encounter I chose that potion and it disconnected from the server. When it restarted, I couldn’t get back to that encounter.
Sometimes when I use an extimulo potion (regular and strong), I suddenly get an Error message and can't go back to the encounter, only restart the game! It happened with 1920s event encounters, and I can't get them back because they disappear if you leave the encounter window. It's a limited time event during weekdays and it's not easy to find the time to walk many kilometres to open the portkeys... Can I get the foundebles back or the silver keys I used to open them?
I used a legends of hogwarts runestone on the knight bus and was just about to start the second to last battle when I tried to apply a potion and the game restarted. Wasn’t able to get back into the battle so I basically lost the runestone and energy that I’d already put into the previous attempt - there was loads of time left on the clock so it wasn’t that I was too slow getting back in. The potion was still applied when I got back into the game so I couldn’t even salvage that from the first attempt.
Exactly the same. Already had a potion then encountered an elite so I took a wit-sharpening potion - and ended up out on the streets after the restart, fully loaded with nothing to engage, having lost a runestone too

I have also had this but sometimes the chamber won't reload and it completely kicks me out and I have lost everything. It is becoming impossible to collect foundables you need from chambers and I am already struggling with my registry as it is
Hello! I have some troubles with the Challenges. There is some kind of error that happens occasionally when I what to use a potion (I would say that it happens when I use Healing Potion) and my game goes off with the message that the error occurred because of the network problems (but everything is fine!). Then the game restarts and everything is gone. I’ve lost at least two precious runestones because of this bug (the last one was runestone 4 Legends of Hogwarts). I hope you could help me with it. I was kicked out of Forest IV after trying to use an exstimulo potion on a werewolf adversary. The error message given was, "An error has occurred with the wireless network. Please try again." then it forced me to restart but it didn't put me back into the fortress upon restarting the game. This has happened twice and I wasted 2 #5 runestones and several potions since I was on my last 2 of 6 adversaries the first time and 1 of 6 the second time. And I didn't get my guaranteed foundable drops of the skiving snackbox because of it.
I had TWICE had this error with Extimulo potions, but mine was on an encounter instead of in the Knight Bus. I was kicked completely out and when I re-entered I was back to the map. I was not returned to the encounter and I had to try to re-locate it.

The app restarted on 1920 encounter when extimulo potion was used, same happened many times before with adversaries and other foundables
It’s an expected part of the new multi-select potion feature. Don’t click anywhere until the few seconds when the bubbles are gone.
