Changing a map pin?

So I created a pin that didn't seem to work but it showed up later this evening on the map. It didn't center close to where I really wanted. I managed to figure out a way to pin exactly the location where I wanted but now we have two pins locally. It's not a disaster - both could be valid - but I didn't know if I could remove the older pin from this afternoon? Thank you!

Hey there @MizSeeker - So, to clarify, you have 2 pins but you want one removed due to lack of accuracy?

EDIT/ADD: There is currently no way for a player to delete the pin. However, what thread is yours over there on the Local Groups forum? What's the title of it?

@MizSeeker As you can't delete your own posts, you can't "undo" placing your pin. The current workaround is however to ask @HPWULola to remedy that.

As the mechanic is relatively new, the current state of this feature is understandably far from perfect. @HPWUMicah has expressed that the feature will be closely monitored and that future improvements are already planned.

It's not going to hurt to leave it - it is for the Cleveland community southeast of where I wanted the 40/42 pin placed and it has 40/42 in the name. That could be edited out.

CLEVELAND, JOHNSTON COUNTY, NC, USA (40/42)

That pin did not show quickly and by the time I saw it and saw it was not where I really wanted it - it was too late to edit. The fun part is - trying to get the next pin correct led me to try all sorts of "addresses" and I found some interesting variations I could use.
