Will the White River state park be accessible only by ticket holders during the event, or can non playing family/friends enjoy the park at the same time?
From my understanding, the park is only going to be open to people who have accounts and have tickets assigned to their game account. While non-playing family and friends are welcome to travel with you to Indianapolis, I don’t think they will be able to access the event area (due to making sure there is enough room for a good experience for everyone who did get tickets)
Great question! Since White River State Park is a public park, it will remain open to the public. Therefore, you can bring your friends and family along. The in-game activities will only be available to those who have purchased a ticket.
I already bought tickets for my wife and I. I had to enter our usernames. Perhaps they only give access to the extra foundables if you're on that list.
@ColonPlow correcto mundo! Anyone who does not have a ticket assigned to their account for that day will be unable to interact or even see the Special Event traces. Curious to know how Fortress battles would play out... It sounds like it's gonna be amazing, hoping we might get one in the Biloxi area soon *hint, hint, wink, wink* 😉
I booked my hotel and my sister is flying in from GA. I wasn't selected to buy tickets. I definitely JUMPED the gun on this. Totally my own stupid fault, but I'm still pretty upset.
