Hi I’m having the same issue, everytime I redownload the game the same thing. Been happening for months. I’d really like to play but this experience is turning me off this game
My friend, username KathrineKu, is missing all menues. And she was not able to log in here to tell so herself. What can she do? Can you fix her account so she can see the menues in the game?

i wanted to play again but i got the same issue as the people above me. I tried to reload everything and also try to uninstall and install but i still have no buttons on my screen or anything else except my character and the map.

Worked until it didn’t! Now I have a black screen when I’m directed to open the menu in the bottom right corner :/
Same issue here. Tutorial worked fine, now HUD is gone. No black screen here though.. Just no HUD.
@ChaserFirebolt5 Have you recieved a fix yet? Responses seemed pretty quick then all of a sudden it went quiet on us lol.

2.15 with Android 10: Black screen with only menu
Daily assignment tab is blank and when pushed just loads a black screen
Same issue here, only map no icons, can't access the menu
