Banned incorrectly

There is an issue whereby I have been banned incorrectly. I drive to work 2 hours away from home. I have started a trace or adversary and then put my phone away to drive. When I arrive I pick up the phone again and continue playing. My character then jumps on the map 70km and this is taken as cheating. I can prove my 2 locations are home and work, and I go back and forth. I have submitted an appeal and not hearing back. Anyone I can speak to about this?

    Thanks, Still waiting, they must be swamped with work... sucks that I am missing the current Adversary event.
