I for one have no issue with (brilliant) events being super easy to complete considering that the rewards almost never match the 'difficulty'/effort/tediousness that went into completing them. like 20 greats and/or 7.5k wxp in forts for 1 red book, or other tasks in the past that have given 1 unicorn hair or some lavage or dittany... Brilliants hold the key to restricted books and the other events are just as boring, just make them (all) super easy so we can complete them in an hour and then we can ignore them and go on playing the normal non-event game.

oh yes, and release the lethals already lol

@BenTiger strange, cause I completed the task without getting greats in a row. I had a few goods in between and checked and it didn't reset for me.

I've completed the "20 great spells in a row" this morning and I definitely didn't do 20 in a row having a few goods in the mix but it counted on until it got to 20 greats then allowed me to collect the reward. I nearly gave up until I realised that I had missed a great with a good and it hadn't reset so I tried it again and eventually got to 20 where I was able to claim the reward.

@BenTiger I agree the Brilliant events should be relatively easy to complete so the average player can complete them and stay in the game. There are plenty of places to ramp up difficulty and rewards for the hard core players. The rewards aren't that great. It's not worth it to spend a lot of resources, so there are complaints when we're spending tons of resources for tiny rewards. It doesn't look like rewards are increasing, so personally I would rather have an easier time and less frustration. I haven't resented spending my TTDs at all in this event, unlike the recent ones, two of which I was unable to complete.

Constance is not the mole confirmed then? Also, I use Babbling Curse a lot in Harry Potter Hogwarts Mystery so nice to see it mentioned.

I have used 7 brilliant runestones to get my third bogey covered wand fragment…. Have been in chambers from tower one to forest one and have not received a fragment. What’s up?

@Haggis63 try the Forest Chamber II. It was mostly dropping fragments for me. I also found that I get more foundables if I use the same chamber.

I agree that these events are pretty easy for an advanced player. I also agree that increasing difficulty is a bad idea. There are other ways to make the game more difficult for advanced players, such as some of the Adversary events. Those are geared toward advanced players by definition.

I still need several restricted section books, as I suspect most players do, so I appreciate having them and they can be fun too.

Can I just say a big THANK YOU for listening to all the gripes (complaints 😞) about the last brilliant event?! We are getting practice with the flippendo spell with all these trolls - still not managed a masterful though!!

But rewarding all players with Molly’s knitting at the end of the bonus is a very nice gesture

    Thank you again

@PkmnTrainerJ or does she keep an antidote to veritaserum on her like Dumbledore suggested Slughorn did in book 6? If she's the mole she would be watching them closely and might have seen Hermione get the veritaserum, or seen her questioning others.

@Klc5048 Quite plausible but the end to this particular event and the identity of the traitor is already out there if you look in the right places. 😉

To officially confirm, the 'in a row' was a typo! You just need 20 great spell casts to complete this one.

Extra congrats to anyone who did 20 great casts in a row 😁

I finished this event a lot earlier than usual because I have been using Forest Chamber II (alone) lately, and I can not avoid using potions when less than half or none of the foes are beast. The rest went fast because this event has been thankfully generous with all the needed traces.

The very cute CoMC baby mooncalf is out already. 😍

Thank you very much @HPWUTeam for a very enjoyable Brilliant Event.

Thank you very much to my teammates for making the Dark Chamber 5 enjoyable. In fact, all the Forest Chamber IV and above challenges from the last Adversaries Event went without a glitch, too. Has all the discussions about Fortress challenges made us all better players? 👌👍 😄

@hpwulola have you considered letting us prestige the Brilliant registry page once we have all the images starred? Then we can start earning Ministry Manual(s) everytime we place an image of a Brilliant foundable from traces and fortress challenges.

Is the Veil really boosted for this event? It says so in the infographics, but I have yet to see a single one and am close to crying ^^ Anyone else or am I just having incredible bad luck?

i think i found 2 or 3 veil. with trace charm enough to starr it.

    lucky me i guess

Buuutt i dont find dragon eggs from CoMC and i still need dozens of their fragments to starr it.

bad luck from this one. LoL

Anyone know what's up with the self-knitting jumper reward for the bonus tasks? Is it something in the registry, a sticker for the ID, something that absolutely doesn't matter in the context of the game? I can't find it and feel very silly about it...

@Tooch314 It's part of the page 'The Burrow Kitchen' from brilliant event 'A Weasley Ptedicament'.

Many players couldn't get it because of the very hard task requiring masterful flipendos.

I agree with @BenTiger on the BE difficulty thing. I know several players who quit because BEs became too time intensive and difficult to complete.

To be honest, I rarely manage the 4 main tasks before the last day or two. Very low spawns in my area (despite being the central business district of a capital city!) and also not enough playing time, as I work in a school that is an hour's drive away.

I am hardly a "casual" player, so if I am finding things tight, then it is far too much for an average player.

I think sometimes people forget (and I would include those taking feedback) that the vocal group of players on here and Discord are actually the "elite" players and don't represent the vast majority.

Tricky tasks are what bonus lists are for. Anything before you are rewarded the final sticker for the registry (usually awarded in 4/4) must be reasonable and attainable for the majority of players. @BenTiger is spot on.

To everyone who is saying that they don’t want the events to be harder, I am not sure if you were responding to what I said about this event being easy or just commenting in general, but this event was really too easy. I am not saying I want it to be a lot harder. My point was that we went from events being much too difficult for some players to being way too easy. I would just like to see something in the middle. I finished this event in a few hours, and I didn’t even leave my house. That’s too easy IMO.
