Have developers increased the time from a
4 minutes wait to a 5 minutes between when you can visit the same Inn or GH?
Swear it use to be every 4 minutes.

As far as I recall, the time has always been 5 minutes. The SOS lessons will increase the duration of your inn or greenhouse charm. This does not effect how soon you can swipe the inn or greenhouse, but rather how long the inn or greenhouse will give extra resources for anyone who visits it.
