Game stopped working

Hi

I have iPhone 12.

my game has literally stopped working. I have deleted and re added, cleared safari etc.been in touch with Niantic and they have said they have a known issue with some users with the network.

I was a daily player. Level 57

has anyone got around this? It must be something to do with my phone?

    I’m also having problems logging in. Both yesterday and today I’ve been playing then put my phone down for a bit then when I pick it up I can’t get back in.


    Stuck on loading screen for several hours. I’ve turned my phone off and on and still stuck on loading screen. Eventually I’ve been able to get back in then it happened.

    Yes, won't load at all.

    we are also on iphone and installed the latest iOS update. The game will not load using cellular or mobile data. It only works for wifi. This will unable us to play the upcoming adversary event for we need a lot of spell energy from Inns or Greenhouse and no wifi coverage on the road.

    Please create a fix/patch. This has been almost a week!
