when app starts, I get “unable to load chamber” message. When I click on the empty chamber page (none of the icons/links on top of the page are functional), I get to a blank map with my avatar’s arms outstretched. I have restarted multiple times and deleted/ re-installed the app. Keeps happening. Help!
Hi, I am unable to access the fortress. I tried visiting the fortress near my home and also using the knight bus, the page just feeeze and the whole app hangs. I am unable to complete the daily task and the event happening now. Appreciate if you could assist ASAP. Oh and I tried to delete and reinstall the app, nothing works.
I have also been experiencing this issue since an error with the Knight Bus a few weeks ago. I can only click on foundables/adversaries when I click on the field charm button first, but as soon as I open the Knight Bus it freezes and I have to restart the app. I have tried the troubleshooting steps which have not worked.

@HPWUblue I noticed you’ve helped others within this post, so I thought I’d try to message you. I’ve been able to collect foundables for the current event by hitting the map icon on the ministry ID page. But now I’m on step 3 of special assignments in which I have to defeat foes in challenges. I am unable to do any challenges with the “T-Pose” error. Would you be able to help with this?
I was fighting in a fortress at a train station and when the train left I moved out of range of the fortress. Now when I enter the game I see "You are leaving the fortress area. "
When I click the "X" I return to the map, but it is blank, just green, no streets, foundables or menu buttons and the avatar stands in the T pose. I cannot move the map or interact with the game at all. Has been over two weeks now. Have uninstalled and reinstalled but no change.
I have clear data and cache and remove the link from my google account but after login again, the first page is always go to that chamber and click ok from that chamber page, from the street view cannot click on anything to collect items or others.

Ich komme in den Fahrenden Ritter nicht mehr hinein nach der Kammerauswahl ist alles eingefroren.
Ebenso kann ich auf der Karte nichts mehr antippen. Mein Avatar steht dort mit ausgebreiteten Armen …. Hat jemand einen Rat/Tipp
habe abinstalliert neu gestartet neuestes Software uppdate durchgeführt..alles ohne Erfolg.
