Hi. I am a new user, and after install, I also have no menu buttons or landmarks. Only the wizard and the local roads. Just like the screen posted above by LEOLEOBEST. I have gone through tutorials and returned foundables, and advanced a level. I have tried unstalling, clearing app cache, clearing phone system-wide cache, rebooting, verifying accuracy of location services, reinstalled game, and same thing. Help!
Futher diagnosis on issue - I an using an Android phone. I logged out of all systems and uninstalled. I logged back into the Goggle Play and reinstalled the app. Then, a friend of mine was able to log into Wizards Unite and she had all controls. She logged out an I logged back in. Again, no buttons, no control, and I can't log out because I can't access anything. So it is definitely an issue with the account and not the phone system. Please help! Thanks!

Just installed, completed the tutorial last night and all day I’ve had this issue. How can I fix it?

Hi, I am having the same issue. No icons, only the map with lots of foundables that I am unable to catch. :( can’t rotate the map too. Please help.
Just had this one since the beginning of the tutorial. Please just do a an update fix on this since there are still players getting this error :)
