Please change daily assignment: ingredient/portmanteau --> open/send gift

Hi! We moved to a new house in a new development a couple of weeks ago. Before that we were at the new house many times since March 5. I have never seen any ingredients, portmanteaus, or traces on the map within walking distance of our new house. Quite literally nothing. This is probably because before this year this neighborhood was just a farmer's field.

I am currently working at home because of the pandemic, and also have limited mobility because of an injury from a couple of months ago. I have been using Tonic for Trace Detection and the Knight Bus to complete relevant event tasks. However, I am unable to complete the daily tasks most days because of a lack of ingredients (let alone portmanteaus) on the map.

I've been playing nearly since the beginning, and even with the pandemic had been able to complete daily assignments before the move.

Is there any way to switch this task to something that is possible, such as opening or sending a gift? I'm sure I'm not the only person with this issue.

It would also be nice to be able to suggest a POI. There is a park a couple of blocks from our house that would be ideal for a greenhouse. :-)

    I believe that you should send pictures with location coordinates for the park if you wish it to be considered for POI. Good luck!

    @poppydoc it would not hurt to try. At the very least, @HPWUTeam will be able to forward it to the people who can do it.

    Before getting there (submitting poi) perhaps its better to register everything from your new development to google map first (if google street not yet mapping your area).

    Yes, I've been working on this. I was successful with getting our neighborhood into Waze, but Google has been more difficult because the process is (seemingly) not based on your physical location. For Waze, I just tap the appropriate icon, drive a road, and name it. Google is a bit wonky. :-/

    Djea, I was under the impression HPWU players could not submit poi, just Ingress and PoGo players above a specific level. Is there now a way for us to do this? That would be awesome! :-)
