I am also not able to complete. Have been trying for 3 days. Even with spell there are not enough traces to even give it a good shot. This is the only event since we were on a cruise in Alaska I have been unable to complete. This should be fun not impossible. Thank-you

I have been trying to complete the masterful flipendo task for several days. I can get close but no matter how hard I try I just can't do it. I also live very rural so I dont get a lot of extra traces with the TTD to work on it from home and I was quarantined most of last week. Can you please mark it as completed for me?
I am also having issues completing the Masterful flipendo task. I've been trying for two days with no luck. Even my wife, who actually quite adept at the game, has had trouble getting them. I realise that it's only two required, but maybe leave them out of a Brilliant Event moving forward? Save them for achievements and the like? The average casual player generally can't get masterfuls other than the odd fluke here and there. @hpwulola
I asked for it to be removed a couple days ago and they didn’t do it. Masterful spells in event make the game not fun. I didn’t finish the last event because of this. I won’t finish this event either. So disappointed!
Something changed in this game making masterful casts a rare event, not happy i wont be able to finish this event. The masterful should have been a bonus task not the main event
There are many of us that did not know about the opportunity to have Niantic finish the Filipendo Masterful task for us. This was a major mess up on their part not ours. So,, it is after the event, and completion was incomplete. I am a major player and have been since the game began. I am really disappointed that the likelihood of completion was so low.
I think they should fix this for all of us. Even if we did not go begging for them to complete the task for us.
I was fortunate enough to complete the task (a lot of luck and a lot of crying and swearing, given my current arm injury)...
However, I think it would be a lovely gesture to include the part 4 sticker as part of the upcoming adversary bundle, so that people have the chance to complete their registry. For those who did manage to finish, it will be an extra 1000xp, so everyone wins.

If you can’t get to us all today, can you please
a) mark the task complete for all (one fell swoop)
or
b) extend the task to give you more time to mark them complete, so that we have time after you do to claim our rewards.
