Spell Energy
PLEASE allow us to purchase less than 50 spell energy in a Diagon Alley transactions. Don’t want to waste 100 coins when I don’t need 50 spell energy. Most of the time when players consider buying spell energy with coins, they only need around 5-10 to catch the emergency confoundable that just popped up. No one wants to waste 100 coins buying 50 spell energy. Please make more options like this available and I guarantee you will see an increase in actual monetized purchases of coins when players can use them efficiently enough to warrant their purchase. Most people on these forums are reserving their hard earned coins to increase their ridiculously low amount of starter spell energy (75 SE is practically worthless during Brilliant Events when it takes 10+ casts to catch a brilliant snitch even at level 20+ with potions).
Adding to that, 150 coins for an increase of a measly 10 spell energy seems like a rip off with how difficult and time consuming it is to gather that many coins. Please consider either increasing the amount of spell energy it expands by or making higher amounts of spell energy available at inns.
Every article in the media about WU highlights the fact that SPELL ENERGY is the biggest issue in this game because it’s required for EVERYTHING and given out so sparingly. PLEASE LISTEN AND FIX THIS!!! @HPWULola @ admins

You've touched a number of points that you consider "unfair" or "bad design".
First, the success of spell-casts depends on a number of factors: the "rarity of the Encounter", your level, the potion you use and how well you trace the spell-pattern. You've mentioned the "Brilliant Golden Snitch", which is reasonably rare:
Given that the Encounter is that rare and difficult, it is to be expected that you won't succeed with a level that low. The maximum level of the game is level 60, and there has to be some form of incentive and reward for increasing your level. There also has to be some sort of incentive and reward for using higher quality potions AND for excelling at tracing the spell-pattern.
Energy. Keep in mind that you're a LOW-LEVEL player. With increasing level and experience, energy will cease to be such a big issue - each and every game has a difficulty curve and in each and every game people complain about it.
And last but not least, don't believe everything the media says 😋
You’re quite condescending. Don’t recall mentioning what level I was in this post, so I’m not sure why that’s even a factor. Players are allowed to make suggestions, which is exactly what the forums are for. Didn’t come here making reasonable suggestions (feedback is clearly being saught) to be talked down to by a self-anointed high level expert.
Trust me, I don’t believe everything the media says at all. Not a sheep. But when reports I read are based on feedback of actual players and a pattern emerges in that feedback, it allows for conclusions to be drawn. Spell energy is indeed problematic in this game.
Spare me with the disdain for “low level” players. Pretty sure players of all levels are welcome to make suggestions based on their experiences. Not that I even need to defend it, but given I don’t pay to play and started playing 2 weeks after US launch, I feel pretty good about where I’m at, thanks.
Sidenote, as a L27 Player, I consider myself low-level 😋
I'd rather see abslow regen rate, like one spell energy every 10 minutes. Wouldn't be enough to depend on that for regeneration but it would help for rural players who don't have decent access to inns. I'm lucky in that ai have a park down the street with six inns but near work all I have is a greenhouse.
I know, I shouldn't be playing at work, but I get bored sometimes.
