Clarion Call effect

So, I unlocked clarion call a couple of weeks ago and have never earned a spellbook gift.


Went back to check the text and there's a conflict between the flavor text (extravagant runestone gift boost) and effect text (rare spellbook reward booster).


So, which is does it do (because I've started getting more extravagant runestone gifts) - or does it do both?


I burnt a lot of resources to earn that one and I'd be disappointed to find out we were miseld about the effect of a node AGAIN.

    extravagant rune gives a red spellbook, I would imagine rare spellbook gift it means sage advice which can drop you magnificent rune gift from challenges which has more wxp and 2 instead of ex rune's 1 reds.


    But from others who have unlocked Clarion Call they've said it gives/gave them slightly better odds at dropping ex runes.
