TOS question re: 2 players 1 'recycled' device

Soooo after over a year of pestering the hubby to play WU with me he relents only to say he won't download the game on his own device (it's a work issued phone) and wants one of mine. I use my old pixel as well as my new so when my main device is charging, I can keep playing. Which I am happy to not be able to do if it means my husband can play on it instead BUT would he be able to?
Perhaps if I waited 'x' amount of time some cache somewherez would clear and the old pixel would be 'good to go' for him? Or is is tied to my account forever and having him use it for a second account would be considered a violation of the terms of service?
Either way I guess I won't be bugging the husband anymore.... LOL

if he registers and logs in from old device w an acct of his own and you play on 1 device w your allycatoven acct and he w his acct on old device, no prob.
if you play on both devices w ur acct and he logs you out from old and logs himself in then log out again, again no prob.
if he plays w ur acct on old device and you play w ur acct on another device, then its account sharing and technically its against TOS, but....no one will ever know if you dont have the game running on both at the same time, certainly niantic wont, ppl have been account sharing since the earliest days of pogo and no one's ever gotten banned. But at the same time i wouldnt tell anyone, you get reported by a goody-doy person and they might actually take 2secs to look into it and might get in trouble.
