I used to play in 2019 and stopped just before lockdown 1. I’ve recently wanted to start playing again, but now when I accessed I had to setup my account again and it’s not recognised me to pull data through from servers. Has my details been deleted from not using it?

please ignore this, I’ve just logged out and back in again and it’s pulled through my data
@stellakebab77 have you checked which email you're logging into and which method you're using? I believe Facebook and Google logins dont register as the same login so it might be you havent accessed your game the way you did when your registered. Worth a try to check.💜
