Game won’t load / account seems gone

My level was I think like 45 or so...
tried to load game and would not load....
tried to sign into make this post... and could not login via Apple ID or Gmail.... and could only use Facebook....
once I signed in... it said it promoted me to level 1...
I have spent infinite amounts of time .... and $$$$$ on developing my character....
i want the game to load.... and I want to access my character....
what gives?

@Dygyt when you say your event won't load, this event doesn't come with tasks or dialog from the characters. There's nothing to see, just increased spawns of certain foundables.
