i just installed this app and it worked for all of 20 minutes before turning into a useless wallpaper. Literally nothing loads other than the player on the screen. No icons anywhere for anything. I’ve tried reinstalling numerous times with the same result.
I would like to also state that I am having this same issue. I have attempted all of the solutions recommended to fix this, including deleting the app, rebooting the device and reinstalling.
I have same problem. HUD button missing. Everything has tried, reboot, reinstalled and account two different phone. I using iOS.

I am having a problem doing the wizarding challenge going through the Knight Buss. If I drive to a fortress and do it there, I have not had it give me error messages. I was able to do 3 challenges last night before I got the message "Lost internet connection" in the middle of another challenge. I was on the 3rd of 3 foes when it quit. I haven't been able to get back in since. Every time I try, it is stuck in the chamber and when I tap on the X it takes me out to my avatar frozen on the screen. I only had about 500 or so points to go to finish this event!! Please help!
Just tried again after restarting my Android Galaxy S10 phone. Got error message "Unable to load this chamber. Please try again." Go out of chamber and avatar frozen on map.
I am still unable to get into the game to play any part of it because of being stuck in wizarding challenge chamber. It happened when I used the Knight Bus. I have restarted my phone once. I stopped at a fortress and tried to get into the game and was not able to. I still get the error message "Unable to load this chamber. Please try again." Same as previous post. I can't even do the daily assignments and was unable to finish the last event because of getting stuck about 8 hours before it ended. Please see #470.
I’m having the same issue finished some of the tutorial and then re opened the app to see no buttons on my screen.
