Is anyone else having trouble finding unicorn hair? I don’t get it from Portkeys any more so I can’t make the Potent Exstimulo Potion which is really annoying.

I have been reading on Facebook that unicorn hair is becoming very sparse as of late. I myself have 90 or so in my vault and have read that some people are inundated with unicorn hair. So there is some kind of nerfing going on for some people with unicorn hair. I also read somewhere that most people find unicorn hair in 2km portkeys. I myself tend to get larger quantities of it from 10km portkeys. I do hope you come across some very soon though!!
Dry spells are common, particularly for ingredients you can only obtain from portkeys or gifts. Then, suddenly, you’ll open a portkey that gives you twenty or more. I keep every bit of unicorn hair or powdered dragon claw I can get my hands on. If I don’t have room in my vault, I make room or expand it. Mostly because there’s no telling how long the next dry spell will last.
Well said @Acumen !! I went through a dry spell that lasted over a month of the hermit crab shell and then voila I got 15 of them in one day. 😁 So those rare ingredients I don’t ever delete. I do delete erpent horn because I pick up at least two a day in the wild so I only keep 20 in my vault.
I do exactly the same as @Acumen - ive got about 90 unicorn hair and 70 dragonclaw atm. But had ages where getting dragonclaw was like gold dust for me & not being able to brew baruffio is just not even funny!!
If i get a potent exstimulo potion gift again on my travels ill send you the gift- il give u a shout or if u want to post your friend code now then il have it ready. Ive had 2 this week ive given out so that's been lucky 😊

Unicorn hair. Bane berry. For a while, Erumpent horn (suddenly resumed after the brilliant event ended, hmm ...). Powdered Dragon Claw. Leaping Toadstool (but that can be grown). Abraxan Hair (recently got some, still not enough). Hermit Crab.
** AND BREWING HOURS! **.
These things take so much longer to brew than consume. Seriously, only 3 casts for "do not leave"? So close to being useless except in very large quantities.
The only growable that I need to grow is leaping toadstool. I haven't seen baneberry seeds. And frankly that "return here in exactly 24-25 hours" junk is super annoying.
It's like ... like each potion has one super-rare ingredient that the game can control, you cannot trade with other players, so the supply of potions is 100% under the control of the same people that want to sell you potions for real world money.

I am always struggling to get unicorn hair!!
I think I’ve had one in a gift and none at all from portkeys in the last 2weeks. Starting to have issues maintaining my supply of abraxan hair too. It’s frustrating because I keep having to walk away from adversary battles because I can’t brew enough potions to vanquish the final foes...
Would love to see some more useful potion ingredients in the adversary event gifts going forward... pretty please...
I walk a lot and open between 7-15 portkeys, each day. You would think that would secure me enough abraxan and unicorn hair to keep brewing potions. I am trying to get ready for adversaries next week. In the past 4 days, I have opened about 40 portkeys and received fewer than 10 abraxan and fewer than 5 unicorn hair. I find it so annoying that I am ready to just give up the game. If I walk many miles each week and put time into brewing, I should at least be able to have potions without having to spend money. This is absurd. Adding insult to injury, sometimes I see abraxan but then it disappears, while I am standing still. I like this game less and less every day. I will definitely quit before I am forced to buy potions.
I would like more unicorn hair in Hawai'i please. I don't play the Dark chambers because consistent brewing of potents is impossible and I need a stock for challenges. I understand there are dry spells, but they are quite long, and only once in all of 2020 did I get a run of 50. Thank you.
