While trying to enter a Wizarding Challenge through the bus today every time I tapped the Join button it flickered and went back to Join. When the counter ran down I wasn't moved into the Challenge.
Since that happened my Avatar appears frozen with his arms outstretched as if it's still loading. I cannot interact with any map items (Ingredients or Foundables). I can access the Gifts menu, the Suitcase, Achievements and EDM menus with no problems. If I enter the Wizarding Bus then I cannot interact with anything.
I have cleared the data cache and uninstalled/reinstalled the app (rebooting my phone in between) already.

I logged in to a different account on my phone and it worked fine.
I logged into my account on another phone and had the same issues so it seems like it's my account that's the issue.
Similar issue. I can do all activities except wizarding challenges. Screen locks and I have to force close the app.
