Pretty much storyline is it, as they unlock additional Mysteries there's also the Achievement rewards but seems to be it for now.
Bragging rights and ridiculous amounts of family xp for that page seem to be it. Would be cool if you got a special lenses when you prestige all pages within a family.
I'm hopeful in an upcoming update they will revamp some of the rewards and xp distribution. The xp was a little excessive at first but that wasn't a nerf it was a freaking nuke. Fingers crossed we get closer to a happy medium soon.

yeah.. it's pretty annoying seeing the achievements stuck and I can't do anything about it.
