This has been happening since 12-23-20 around noon. Have restarted phone. Have checked for updates. Cannot open app. Everytime it loads, it goes to an error screen that says to restart.
I'm sorry for my poor English, but I need your help.There are many serious problem with my account.
From May 30th 2020, I can’t play Wizard challenge (Knight bus). Even if I could enter the fort, it will freeze on the room selection screen and will not accept any touch operations. I can only watch other people entering and leaving the room. In that case, I have no choice but to reboot the app.
At the same time, when I try to change my job or press "Learn Skills" on the profession lesson screen, the message "Could not connect to the server" appears and it does not work, so I have not been able to train skills for a long time.
In addition to that, since version 2.14.0, when I tap the field magic, the message that the server cannot be connected is displayed and it freezes. If that happens, I have no choice but to reboot.
I tried everything I could do, such as rebooting, signing out, and reinstalling, but it didn't work. I suspected a server-side error because the results were the same when I tried signing in on different devices or lines.
I think my problems are same as the problem with this thread.
I've been contacting the Japanese support staff many times because I'm not confident in explaining it in English, but they just replied like machines with a fixed message and didn't do anything. Their response seems to make me foolish.
@Achlar I apologize for the trouble you've experienced. I've attempted a possible fix on your account. Could you please restart the app and try to participate in the Wizarding Challenge now?
Same bug, unfortunately. Wifi connection is fine; two tutorial messages from Harry after the Knight Bus, then a forced restart after clicking on any chamber. Please let me know if you need account info, etc.
When I take the knight bus to Hogwarts castle fortress then click on a challenge I always get a network error message. The only thing I can do is restart.

Since yesterday I have had problem with the wizarding challenge. Every time I try to do challenge from 2 and up, the game inform me of some wireless problem and wants to restart. I have now several time tried to restart, played with and without wifi and the same problem occurs every time. I can play the level 1 and yesterday I got to play levels 2 and 3 once, but then the problem started.
My phone model OnePlus 7 pro. Android version is Oxygen OS.

@HPWUblue I think I have a similar error. I got kicked out from a fortress (with a server error) and now I cannot enter any fortress (the game freezes) and cannot change my appraisal neither (it gives me a server error and does not let me change from professor to magizoologist).

Every time I enter the light bus, there are two dialogue boxes from Harry, then I try to enter a chamber, and get an error message stating I need to restart the app. I haves tried restarting and reinstalling the app, but it hasn’t worked.

For four days and countless comments on the contact us section the fortress error still remains.
as soon as you click on the knight bus or enter a fortress and try to click on a challenge the error shows up.
meaning I cannot complete the current event as I cannot compete in challenges.
no one has replied to help with this bug and even after following the troubleshooting steps four times nothing helps.
