Registry for the Guards?

Maybe I missed it somewhere, but I see no registry for the "Guard" adversaries? There is a count, but where do they go and is there a reward?

the guards are dropping the other items in the page(s).
So why do they have a fragment count if we're not supposed to be collecting them?
If a foe says */10 that means it's supposed to give the wand fragment on draco's page. Same is true for other numbers. Sometimes it's accurate other times it's not. Just a minor bug for now.
