I can't search and install HPWU in Google Play,but I can install and play Ingress and Pokemon Go.
However，it can be installed from my friend's older phones of the same brand（OnePlus 5T）.
I can only see Ingress and Pokemen Go in Google Play when I search Niantic.
Why?And how can I solve this problem?

News flash for Niantic. New phones come out and people want to upgrade. It's a real bummer to find out that your new phone can't play the game you have been playing, especially when your other two games do work.
Newsflash for @BionicManster: the people that you accuse aren't responsible. Educate yourself before you shout.
As you pointed out, Niantic KNOWS about this and manages to configure this just fine for THEIR games. HPWU however isn't their game.
Newsflash for @Lucoire . When I boot the game, the second page to come up says NIANTIC.
If Niantic knows, surely THEY can say so. They could say, "we are asking WB-Games to get with the program, but we have no control over this." I'd like an answer, and if Niantic has made you the official spokesman for people who want the game to work on their phones, then surely they can say so.
@BionicManster Newsflash: Niantic is only responsible for the core framework and Wayfarer. They do not have any control over a vast majority of the game. They have been pretty much hands off since before the game even launched.
And it isn't just new phones that are bouncing that back. I thought it might be my Samsung A01 being a little old that was causing the problem, since this is a major update going in. However if new phones are having issues it definitely sounds like a bug to me.
@BionicManster To add to @BenTiger: This Forum (and the Mods) are affiliated with WB-Games. So if you want an answer from Niantic, here would be the wrong place.
I understand your anger and frustration. But shouting at players that try to provide answers... isn't going to help.
