Members of the Statute of Secrecy Task Force,
This is an official coMmunication to the SOS Task Force urging all members to stay safe and vigilant. Concerning trends in the Calamity’s behaviour and recently recovered evidence have given us reason tO believe that a group of DaRk and potentially dangerous witches and wizards are able to manipulate the Calamity, an ability previouSly only known to Harry Potter and GriM Fawley.
The identities of these witches and wizards, the full extent of their cOntrol over the Calamity and the group’s intentions aRe currently unknown. However, we suspect they are plotting something big, something they have been working on a while. This group has previously Demonstrated a lack of concern for the wellbeing of the wizarding and non-magical communities. This pattern of behavior has necessitated placing the SOS Task FoRce on high alert. Until the thrEat has been contained, we encourage all agents to stay observant, keep up their combat training and report any unusual Calamity straight away.
Worry not, we will shine a light on the recent activities, bring the witches and wizards responsible to justice and have them answer for their actions.

@MelusinaBH I too was able to get this? But what does that mean? Can we get any name of some wizard or witch by rearranging the letters??
I took MORSMORDRE to be a code that could be redeemed, but it isn't recognized as a valid code on the site.

Could this be the name of some knew witch/wizard, a spy on the inside wrote this note?
Or maybe it's the name of some new destructive Dark Magic spell, like Sectumsempra.
Regarding that spell (MORSMORDRE), it’s on a memo written by Constance...
It adds to the theory that Constance may not be as trustworthy as she may seem. Maybe 🤔. Plus it would explain how this group of dark witches and wizards always seem to be a couple of steps ahead of the SOS task force - they have someone on the inside.
Even if this person isn’t Constance, there does seem to be someone in the ministry helping them. Just in the recent Brilliant event, the wizard that was to meet with Harry ended up being Obliviated and now this spell hidden in an official SOS task force memo. Coincidence?! I think not. 🧐
Fellow witches and wizards, there’s good reason to believe that there’s a traitor in our midst and we must be very careful.
Maybe the use of the spells incantation in the note is also intended as a hint that some former followers of the Dark Lord are involved in the Calamity or at least the group that recently has supposedly gained control over it …
… then again, it might also just be Constance’s typewriter acting up. She should really consider having that looked at by a professional. Who knows, otherwise we might hAVe A very DreAdful, blacK, Evil anD dArk Villain Right At our front door, next time the bell rings!
Honestly I recognized this from the Harry Potter lore as soon as I saw it out on the screen here.
It is a match to the spell that Barty Crouch jr incants to summon the dark mark over the quidditch world cup in the Goblet of Fire. In the wiki the spelling is "Morsmordre"

My thoughts are that this could be very similar to a "Team Rocke.t" mechanic seen in PoGo. As you approach an Inn or possibly a fortress/greenhouse, a dark mark appears in the sky above and you encounter a fragment of a wizard/creature still loyal to Voldemort. The hint that has been in the game for this the whole time is that those 5 wanted posters at the end of the challenge registry are still there, suggesting that these could be the five we encounter at first.
@Bman2018 I do not think that with the current situation of the pandemic they put events that try to go out in search of the inns, the current brilliant event took away the mission of opening 5 portkeys for the pandemic but it can be a long-term mechanic.
@Doztem Yeah you are right, however as PoGo have also currently done with their Team Rocke.t encounters now appearing in a balloon above your location, this might also apply to a dark mark appearing in range at certain intervals. In any case they would trial any new mechanic like that in another country before releasing it worldwide.
Anyway, its all still a neat little theory but we should expect dark marks to make an appearance in game sometime in the future.

I feel they didn’t have much of a plan for story but have seen the Constance theories and decided to run with it.

Morsmordre... so we are getting new spells to cast? Would be nice... we might be able to work on the distinct spell cast achievement that has been stuck on 13/20 for ages. New combat training? New profession lessons?
It feels like we're reaching the end game...
