I have to say, I am getting frustrated. I do not appreciate feeling like I have to play all day long, use all my tonics and 7 estimillo potions. I don’t like going thru all my potions, this is not player friendly. Also, what’s with players jumping out at the last seconds in the higher knight bus. What’s the point other than to leave someone high and dry.

    @ShadoeKaat Welcome to my world!

    I completely agree.

Plus, what’s with MZ or Prof jumping on all the Dark Wizards/Death Eaters and leaving everything else for us Aurors?

Should be required for players to view a tutorial before being allowed into each new chamber section.

@WitchHiker I agree. Same about Aurors taking our Wolves and not confusing the Erklings? (OK I forgive you for taking the Pixies when there's nothing proficient for you to battle)

Most player still have no idea how to play in the high chambers. :(

    I don't think a tutorial would help, because people don't read/watch.

If I was designing the game, I'd add a reward system (hoping people would read the summary after the battle). Something like

    • (A) Giving 3 focus to Professor before approaching a foe +10% XP
    • (A) Giving focus to Magi if there's an elite foe in the field +5% XP
    • (P) Casting proficiency spell before approaching the first foe +2% XP/Team members
    • (M) Casting Vs elite spell when one or more elites are in the field +10% XP
    • (M) Casting Vs elite spell when there's one or more Professor in the team +5%XP/Prof (profs deal more damage under 2+ spells)
    • (A) (P) First faint during the battle +5% XP
    • (A) (P) Spending 20+ seconds without approaching an available foe when the stamina is less than 10% and there's a (M) in the team -10% XP (learn to faint, it is better)
    • (P) Shield (M) when there is one (M) in the team +5% XP
    • (P) Shield (A) when there is one (A) in the team +5% XP
    • (A) Giving focus to Magi after 1 minute passed +3% XP (They do more damage above 5 focus)
    • (A) (P) Hex foe that you don't approach later +3% / foe (learn to help team mates with their battles)
    • (A) Cast damage on a foe when there is no more available foes +1% / occasion (learn to help in the end game, not just wait for the reward)
    • And the MOST IMPORTANT ONE: (A) (M) (P) More than [chamber level * 3] seconds total inactivity (not casting spell, not approaching a foe) when there is a foe available -100% rewards. (We don't need freeloaders.)

    And so on...

The rewards obviously could be different. Maybe returning spell energy or so.

Apart from my never-to-be-developed idea above, I totally agree. I don't like those trolls who jump out from the chambers, or the ones who just sit and don't do anything.

For the tonics part: did you move? Tonics are okay, they spawn something. But IMO there is nothing better than walk between two inns or greenhouses. They make more spawns than a tonic and you open some portmanteau in the meantime. (Apologies if you are a rural player with 1 inn/greenhouse.)
