Can anyone please help me fix my problem I have the same problem from the other players. No hud display button, no mobs showing up at map, and sometime black screen of death while playing.

same issue here no hud or anything around me. Why isnt there a universal fix for everyone if so many are having this same issue? it's been MONTHs and imagine how many new players you are losing over this bug. I stopped playing after tutorial because of this and probably would never try again if I didnt happened to come across this thread.

Is anyone still having this issue. I tried loading the game today and at first it would then all the options disappeared and now I can’t even get the game to load and open

I've been having this issue for the past week! I was about ready to delete this app permanently from my phone when I found this thread. The HUD buttons and suitcase disappearing happened right after the wand registration event.
To be clear (reread my post, saw i wasn't clear on one point) I did not delete the app because I found this thread. Its still on my phone.. But the fact that this is happening is supremely frustrating.

Same bug here. Tried reinstalling and everything, nothing has worked so far.
I’m having the same issues. The app closed itself while I was doing the wand creation.
