I have not been able to access the game in 2 days. Have removed/reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, and force closed the app with no success.

The same has just happened to me, on both the ipad and samsung phone. I thought it was my wifi, tried mobile internet and there's still error.
I can’t get in either for almost a week! Missing the 2nd half entirely
I did the recent update. I have a Galaxy S7. I had to uninstall and reinstall because I had the issue with the game using nearly all of the memory on my phone. After doing that yesterday afternoon the game had been working great. I was playing earlier today with no issues. I just tried to open the game and now I am in the "Error with the wireless network" loop. Please fix it. Thank you in advance.

Sorry you're experiencing so many troubles. I hope some of the @HPWUTeam will help you.
I know some players who had these issues were able to resolve their problems by trying the following:
-switch between different mobile or Wifi networks.
-Try logging in with a different device, as this apparently broke the loop.
-delete and reinstall, leave it in the start up screen for a while as it will take a while to load.

I will be really annoyed if I can't get logged in to get my daily reward. Tried several times all day, including having turned off wifi, and restarted my phone.
This app has not worked right since the (forced) update last week - it's been slow and glitchy.
For all the money I've spent on this game, it's super disappointing.
Infinite restart loop for me as well. Game worked fine for me until the Dark Arts event ended, then laggy in the Knight Bus and now stuck in the loop.
Not much more, when using mobile data this game is unstable connection. I hope server will be fixed out.
Having the same issues uninstalled worked the first 5 times but now that dies not work either. Game only loads when on home WIFI I’m using Sprint. Cant really play a Mobil game you cannot go mibik with.
