Hi, I hope this is right topic for my question. If not, please don't be mad - I just couldn't find another, which has solution for my problem.
First of all, I wonder if you make possible to change scrolls to brown books. It could be 300 scrolls for 1 brown book? I have almost 700 scrolls, which I won't use - next steps in all profesions require books and only 34-40 scrolls. You get 5 in every level of event and regular, and books are only in fortress.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they got hit with a class action lawsuit for this total bait and switch. All these wasted in game resources may be imaginary, but the money people spent accumulating them was very real.
@Niuchaczek They read them... sometimes; they rarely respond any more, though. @HPWUTeam has really degraded in the quality of their customer interactions.
Incredibly disappointed by all of this. I was so excited by the new trace charm mechanics when they were first launched and I started playing a ton more, and these new changes make me want to stop playing altogether.
I do not understand. Multiple skills in the skill tree are for Trace Charm Proficiency and specifically say they increase the number of fragments provided. How can the max be 2 fragments? I spent a fortune in books to up my Trace Charm and the fragment count went up by three each time then dropped back to 2 for the final count.
I filed a ticket. Instead of correcting the final count to 3 additional fragments, it lowered the first count to only 2 additional fragments.
See screens screenshots below. These say they increase the fragments. How can the fragments be limited to two?
These should make it three, and there are more i have not unlocked.
@MrsHidude did you read the first post in this thread? This whole 10 page discussion started with Lola informing the community that 2 fragments per trace + some extra xp was the intended behavior of the trace charm.

I am also having this issue. Number of fragments at the top and bottom of the screen don’t match.
