Chambers not loading, can't upgrade profession

please help! For the past few days now I can't play on any chambers therefore I can't complete my daily challenges. I've tried to force close and restart that hasn't worked, tried to uninstall the app and reinstall and that won't work either :(. Also I can't upgrade my profession, it keeps saying something about my wifi/data. I have perfect phone service as well as my WiFi is working. It lets me play everything else besides those 2 things. I don't know what to do. Any help would be appreciated!!

    Have you downloaded all assets in your in game settings?

    Yes, I downloaded all assets yesterday hoping that would fix the issue but unfortunately it didn't work. I'm at a loss of what to do at this point

    I don’t know what the answer is to help, but did you report the issue in the app? There’s a way to report bugs, etc.

    @Trizha26 Go to your suitcase and click the gears in the top left to go to settings, then choose the help/legal tab at the bottom, then click the “Report a Bug” and start the reporting process.
