Not receiving credit for finishing Nearly headless nick

I finished the event and the bonus. My nearly headless nick on the brilliant event registry is 2/3. I had everything completed and finished. I had to do some over again with the glitches.

I finished the event and have no Nearly Headless Nick... I keep **** on the knight bus but have not gotten him at all no matter what chamber I defeat. What am I doing wrong?
@Dibbus1987 same here. I spent so many brilliant runestones to complete the 300 family xp task to get some Nearly Headless Nick. Not one! I still don't have any despite trying in different chambers with different number of teammates too🤦🏻♀️
@Dibbus1987 @Eleanor001 are you using the correct brilliant runestone? All brilliant runestones look alike, but the stones from each different only give the rewards from that event. Make sure you're using the "first year at Hogwarts" runes to get Nearly Headless Nick.
@MtPollux Yeah I did. I double checked the name of the runestone plus I saw the rewards and it was definitely Nearly Headless Nick.
I want to add a quick comment here because I was awarded 3/3 Nearly Headless Nick foundables through the fortress and it took me days to figure out what had happened. Apparently there are two Nearly Headless Nicks in the registry.
One is under Brilliant Event: First Year at Hogwarts: Brilliant Hogwarts Courtyard, and the other is under Brilliant Event: The Quidditch Cup: Brilliant Hogwarts Trophy Room. It did not have any red dot indicator to show me where the foundables had gone, and sometimes the Brilliant Events foundables are difficult to distinguish. At any rate you may want to check all of your Brilliant Events registry pages carefully just in case.
