I’m not sure if this is a regional bug or just coincidence - I have been getting significantly more Legends of Hogwarts than Hogwarts School traces - in fact, I could collect many more of the latter on a regular none-event day. Now there are hardly any - even with TTD. What gives?
In section 3 (return 30 Hogwarts School Family Foundables) I was up to 26 returned and then on my 27th it showed that I'd only returned 1. Super bummer - is there anything I can do? Many thanks!
Update - just closed and re-opened it, and I was able to collect the reward for returning just 1 Foundable. Weird, but I'll take it!

Reading these comments I have to consider myself very lucky.
I managed to totally complete the event without any problems.
Sure I had to collect a ton of BE foundables to complete the 10 Mysterious Notes, but I had heaps of them popping up as well as stacks of Hogwarts Family Foundables. I also had a great team in the Dark V battle and we finished with over 4 mins left.
I also can't complain about the 200,000 XP I got to help me along the way to level 55.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not knocking anyone and I understand that people are having legit problems.
However I live in a lovely area of Australia and have been playing since the Beta test and I'm still loving the game.
Stupid Question: how do I complete the "return hogwarts family foundables"? I used a runestone in that family and got the house cup, but didn't get credit for it. Do I need to find one via an encounter?
@Datt Yes. It was 30, then they changed it to 1, since many lost progress, while they were fixing other issues. Just return 1 9 3/4 foundable, found in a trace.
Not a single brilliant professor sprout yet, only professor flitwick and some monsterbooks. Tonics don't help either. Not enjoying the event like this.
Some of us are having an issue with Fortress Battles. We aren't getting credit for them consistently. If I am to get credit, I must sign out of the game after every battle, but that doesn't always work. I know I"m not the only one with this issue because someone else posted about it on our local group.
@hpwulola I noticed that when I returned Prof. Sprout I got a conversation about Prof. Trelawney's prophecy. I guess Prof. Trelawney is the last foundable to be returned after completing the main tasks and the conversation was meant for this moment.
I wonder what the excerpt about Prof. Sprout actually is.
@DoloresJane Since one brilliant Professor Flitwick will reward 3 Family xp, 45 will add up to 135 fxp. Placing the image rewards 5 fxp - so that would be another 20. -> 155 fxp altogether.
Brilliant runestones in challenges will only reward fxp if you receive a brilliant challenge fragment. Then you will get 10 fxp as well.
Looks like everything is working like it should do.
Yea, that family xp thing is tougher than bonus(only 45). Still need 70 ish more... thats another ~20 fragments to go. Tried to open portkeys but they didnt seem to give much either.
SOOOOO thankful to the team that helped me get 4 formidable foes in one battle just now (even left 1 almost done) :) You guys were SOOO understanding and helpful! (Sorry forgot to take a screenshot because of all the foes i was switching on and out from)...

If you don't see the updated task, force close your app and reopen.

My Brilliant Flitwick mission counter is stuck at 8/10 on 3rd page. I cought many flitwick but it won't cout

@Robbo75 You are using the wrong Runestone. You need to use First Year At Hogwarts Runestones to get Nearly Headless Nick.
