We made an update to Mysterious Note drops. You should be able to earn them from all 4 Brilliant Foundables. It's not a guarantee, but you should see them more often. Thanks!
How do you get mysterious notes artifacts? I must have returned at least thirty event foundables after getting to this level of the event. I have opened portmanteaus and fought in numerous battles with event ruinstones. Somewhere I did get two note artifacts but can't figure out what to do to get more.
I also had an issue with task three. I had either 23/30 or 24/30 Hogwarts School foundables that I had recovered. Suddenly it was reset to zero. What a drag.
@C4tmonster yep min3 jus5 reset as well, very deflating, went from 19/30 to 0/30, and it crushed my soul! M stuck in my house and am hardly seeing them spawn, got lucky and used a trace charm on a severe and pulled a bunch! All those potions and the charm wasted, I can’t even begin to describe how let down I feel. And if one of you four star generals makes some snide comment about how many days are left my head will literally explode!

Tack my significant other on to the number of people that have had their progress on task 3 hogwarda school foundables being reset... she was up to 28/30, right before losing all progress!
You just cost her 4 trace tonics and a lot of time and effort... not as bad as the losses that you made me suffer from during the fragment fixes; but this is not acceptable!
Was at 29/30, caught 30th but now at 1/30. Hard lockdown so going outside to play the game could cost me thousands of dollars in fines. Very very unhappy.
Just finished the 30 Hogwarts school collection (at 3/4) and instead of giving me the accomplishment to collect, it reset to only 2 collected... what gives?
This has got to be the worst event thus far. I had to use three TTD to get the Prof Sprout foundables for 1/4. For 2/4, it took me forever to get seven 9 3/4 - one TTD gave me 1 (one!)!!
Now 3/4 requires 30 of the 9 3/4 foundables??? This is impossible!! I don’t even feel I want to continue at all at this rate reading about the issues with 4/4 and the bonus. I think I’m taking a pass this time. I can’t sit here for hours and hours burning TTD for nothing.
Once again I have been hurt by the players for whom Dark V is their highest chamber because in the Community Day events they allowed themselves to be carried to victory in a chamber they should not have been in at their level. They just keep joining Dark V knowing that eventually they will get lucky and will be carried to victory once again, despite their lack of contribution to the battle. I just lost a level 5 Runestone and about a dozen potions, as well as about 50 Spell Energy, only to run out of time with two enemies left to defeat. That task is really the bane of many of us due to the lower level players who don't belong there pulling everyone else down. It's disheartening and frustrating to say the least.

I have the same problem as @C4tmonster. I had about 24/30 Hogwarts school for part 3, and now it's 3/30.
@hpwulola - your fix for mysterious drops likely reset /brokethe Hogwarts school counts for task3.

@hpwulola - I’m in the same boat as above, I was on 28/30 Hogwarts family Foundables, which was reset to zero.
The hogwarts family foundables don’t seem to be boosted as they should be so #backToTheGrind

Same thing for me I had 28 hard earned Hogwarts family fundables. Got reseted to 0 they are so hard to find. Whyyyyyy!
same here.. went from 18 back to 0! Now I’m at 1. Not cool !
I had 29 hogwarts foundables and just caught my last one but didn't get a red dot, turns out its been reset and now I'm only on one 😭

It seems by fixing one thing you introduced a new bug. You guys might want to start testing releases and changes before deploying them.

I lost my progress too! Plus, brilliant traces are way too rare with tonics. It is going to take forever and a gazillion potions to get them all!

While fixing an issue with Mystery Note drops, the progress for the 'Return 30 Hogwarts School Family Foundables was reset for players.
We are changing this requirement to 1 to help players progress through this task quickly. Thank you!

The most interesting part of the event was fighting formidable foes in fortress battles.
The worst was the 300 xps from first year foundables. And trying to figure out where the mysterious notes went.
