When will the game be compatible with all devices?

I have been waiting for the game ever since Niantic revealed the game. After waiting for years the beta was released in my country. Unfortunately I pressed the link i received via email to download the game only to find out that the game is not compatible with my huwawei mate 10 lite. I play pokemon go and my phone is compatible with the app but not with wizards unite. When should I expect to find the game downloadable on my device?

That’s doesn’t seem fair :( I hope they roll out more compatible versions soon.
I agree. A large number of LG and Motorola devices are incompatible. Sounds like a great way to lose money.
The game is based on Unity-Engine. So it automaticly inherits all hardware-requirements of the Engine (and Unity is GPU-hungry).
It is built around certain hardware-components (like gyroscope, touch-screen, gps, camera) so it automaticly requires to have those.
It would make absolutely no sense to "tune down" the app so it runs on more devices if that removes half of what the game has to offer.
There is a reason for those requirements.
I dont think its a hardware issue if pogo runs on it fine.. its more compatability issues and i can see them working on those issues in future.... or not......
@Ishkabod Well, first and foremost, HP:WU's Portkey-Mechanic has no equivalent in PoGO. It's a complete 360° VR-experience (instead of "merely AR" in PoGO).
Additionally, PoGO differentiates between AR and AR+ - HP:WU doesn't (ergo WU has higher hardware requirements)
