Weasley Jumper?

Why is it such a hard time to acquire the Weasley Jumper for some players. I got mine completed with about 12 runstones. My wife has ran 17, still no Weasley Jumper. Players comment, got to grind, Yeah I know, but not one after 17, drop rate for some players is a joke. You already have to acquire 20 Harry's or hedwigs to even get a runestone.

Update: she finally got her first Weasley Jumper on her 18th try.
I'm seeing complaints about a low drop rate for the jumpers all over. It may need a formal big report.
On top of the low drop rate, they nerfed
the event rank up points from a +5 to a +3 for Harry and +2 for hedwig. Really know how to upset the player base
Same pb for me. I got one, and then... nothing. I spent quite a lot of runstones in different level rooms , with non effect.

Yep. You might be a nerd if you read @Dunadan06's first sentence as: "Same lead for me." and took a moment to realize s/he didn't mean "lead".

I've been hanging on to my runes just in case. I must have spent 6 runes without a drop after the last patch. Decided to hold off and wait after that.
Kinda unlucky I guess. Better half got her jumper while I got 7 times books (which were needed but not wanted)
