Frustrating Trace Charms

I am a frequent WU player, at level 41 and play multiple times a day. But the Trace Charm dynamics are taking the fun out of this game for me.

When I first unlocked getting extra Trace Charms per day 2 weeks ago, I was occasionally receiving another Trace Charm. It has been 1.5 weeks now of playing almost constantly and achieving countless trunks, sticker placements, etc and not a single extra Trace Charm.

I’ve also heard of many people unlocking the fragment increases beyond 2 and not receiving the extras.

These issues are greatly frustrating your most devoted players. Something needs to be done in an update. Fix the fragments, and increase the number of Trace Charms given to those that have unlocked them and cap it at a max per day if you wish.

Please fix this!!!!
