Anyone else having difficulty getting the Weasley jumper from the wizarding challenge? I’ve done 7 challenges , each time using a brilliant runestone to no avail . I completed levels 1 through 7 in order .

I wonder about this last night. Three challenges, one jumper. Will do more today and see what happens.
Do you remember which level and runestone was successful?
Oh i got mine using 1st level runestone from brilliant harry potter thing on level 3, 6 and 7. I tried on level 4 but i got none of the jumper. I'd completed mine.
I just did three more challenges, two level 5, one level 4 I think. No jumper! Apparently the last event spoiled me with how easy it was to get that fragment! The one I got last night was either on level 1 or 6, can’t remember. Was battling with new friends.
I got two fragments of the jumper doing 4 battles in Tower I with the Brilliant lisnt Harry Potter runestones
I did 6 challenges, all in the first chamber. I did the last one in four challenges.
My wife is now up to 15 and not one Weasley sweater
I've completed several fortress challenges in various levels, ruins level 1-3, not a single jumper fragment. Yes I did use the proper rune stone.
It’s the only Foundable left I need and I’ve had no luck. Have mainly tried chamber 3 & 4 and tower 1. Think I’ve used around 9 runestones.
Make sure you have assets downloaded. I was told that is a solution but haven't been able to test it yet. Wish I knew that before wasting 8 runes
I'm having the same issue. I've done 6 challenges today all with the event runestone and didn't get a single one. I've done at least one challenge every day of the event and only have 1 fragment. These might be rarer than the formidable pixies. :-)
same issue here. ive used 16 runestones and i dont have a single jumper. ive pretty much given up now
I got 3 from 5 Tower 1 battles . Don't know if I just got lucky or the drop rate in higher level rooms are better.
@Ve225 I'm gonna have to try those levels tomorrow. I've only gotten one jumper out of ten runestones, but I was battling on level 5.
I also got 3 from 5 battles in Tower I...I feel like a chosen lucky one. Last event (the flora and fauna one) I used ALL my runestones and was **** to try and get that one...so I guess it can just be luck of the draw
I am having no luck at all getting the last jumper... I'm at a point now I have to farm 40+ Harry/Hedwig to get a rune. Couple that with the XP nerf and this event has just become a miserable grind. Really making it hard to continue to be a cheerleader for this game :-/...
I’ve used 18 runestones now... only two jumpers thus far. I’m pretty sure I got my first at level one when battling with friends. Second was at level 2 solo. I’ve tried every level 1-6. I really am thinking it’s just luck of the draw. On the last event, I think it only took me 5-6 battles. I’m 22xp away from getting my next runestone, so we’ll see if I get lucky tomorrow.
Someone in other discussion said that he get jumpers from fortresses everytime after he finished all assignments for the event. I finished it just 1h ago, so can't approve that but maybe that's the key to the luck.
Unfortunately that hasn’t worked for me. Finished event this morning, battled this evening. No dice. 😩
As help to those who did not yet got whole jumper, all 3 jumper frags got from chamber 2 with event runestones, lv1.
I would try a variety of runestone/tower combos. I got three jumpers from three different towers on 3 different days. Good luck y’all!
Not different runestones though right? The brilliant runestones are the only ones to give the brilliant fragments.
Same here done 8 only get 2 jeers no more runes to fight with. They need to sort it out.
We both (wife and me) got 2 from 5 battles on floor 4 through 8.
There are also players reporting getting event XP but no fragment. There's a theory that the fragment from the second half of this event is in the code but not active, explaining the reduced drop rate.
At this point, I think we have to call the low jumper drop rate a bug.
It's an absolute joke. It was one thing to reduce the xp, but the event pts reduced is a joke. Most people got most of the event done so the only way to build up the event rank is from Brilliant Harry and hedwig. Now you need to collect nearly 50. Some players are up to rank 20 or more and still don't have Weasley Jumper. The amount of pts you get +3 or +2 doesn't offset the cost of energy.
Seems it is indeed a bug. This is the headline of a Reddit thread:"Dev Team Weasley Sweater Bug - investigation concluded; fix to be deployed soon". Don't know if we are allowed to post links to other forums so didn't do that.

@zernix1 just read the link. Seeing it was a bug, hope they reward some of the players, especially the players who used all their runestones and haven't gotten any, some extra runestones for the inconvenience.
Before anyone gets mad about this, I say this because one..the Weasley Jumper drop was bugged. second...they reduced the amount of event pts from +5 to +3 and 2. Now it is gonna take some players longer to get runestones because they probably have most of the stuff collected and tasks done. So the only way to get the points is from Brilliant Harry and Hagwid. And they nerfed that.
I’m also having trouble getting them... 7 battles in 2 different towers, 0 jumpers... ☹️
