No guaranteed Fragment?

I just finished a wizarding challenge in Dark Chamber I with 5 teammates and a Level 5 runestone. Aren't we supposed to receive a guaranteed Family fragment when playing above Forest Chamber 4 especially during the Community Day?

    So, during CD, it depends who opens the chamber. For example, I live in Thailand. If someone played on my Saturday morning but they were in California, where it was Friday night, I wouldn't receive the rewards.


    However, no fragment in a dark chamber is very bad luck! It is so rare I don't get one that I take it for granted!

    @Magpie31 I know right! I was equally surprised when after all that ordeal I didn't get the fragment 😔
