Where do Paramount Portkeys come from?

I have noticed this recently -
A Paramount Portkey Portmanteau was in my trunk even though I haven't clicked on one. I have clicked on one before and the colour was evidently yellow on the field so I know which one is the 5km one (I had already opened that one so this is not the same one). Also, a message is displayed stating which portmanteau I've acquired when you click on it.
So where does this portmanteau come from?

The three types of regular Portkeys look the same before they are collected, which is when the type is revealed: Paramount, Precious or Prized. Are you sure it didn't say Paramount when it was picked up?
@RabbeinuTam no, it displayed precious and prized but not paramount.
@Eleanor001 What @RabbeinuTam said is correct. Whilst the individual messages pop up, the regular portkeys themselves look the same on the map. The prized, precious and paramount all look the same in map view, like a mystery bag when you pick them up.
Is there a chance you misread? I do that sometimes.
If not, then lucky you! The rewards in the paramount portkeys tend to be far better than the others. I can really take home the xp on those! Enjoy it!
