On my account I have got 20 pieces for the brilliant goblin and can not place it in the registry. Slightly frustrating as otherwise would be through this set today if it was working
Has anyone noticed an issue with the level up trunk not opening? I'd gotten the clock icon and a delay... Then no trunk but the level increased and my additional brilliant events points seemed to be there. But when I went into NB, I did not have my new runestone.
Thought it was a fluke... But it just happened to me again. Am I the only one? I'm Rank 15 in the event, but I now only have 3 runestones... And I used 8 to get the 3 Gringotts fragments. So...
Or is gameplay such that earning runestones is just really tough this time around?
Hardly any Brilliant traces are spawning. Also the task is for a certain foundable and it isn't spawning...even with Tonic for Trace. ..for an entire day.
Always the same with this game, it never helps you in anything ... You use traces, because with the quarantine you cannot get out, and it does not send you any bright traces! Being that we are in an event! If I could put less than a thousand stars, I would! This game is always wrong!
I've been stuck on 2/4 for two days because using already 4 trail positions I could only get 4 shiny stones! It is a shame! And it is always the same! What do they seek? That we defame the game? Not to mention that where I live there is never anything!
I've encountered a lot of brilliant traces and am done with all the bonus assignments except brewing 7 potions, so I don't think it's a major bug? Maybe just where you are? I used 2 TTDs yesterday and 2 today to make it happen. I've found that there is a pretty good drop rate for the Gringotts fragment in Ruins V. I've placed it 3 times.
Thank you for bringing back the 1000 XP for placing brilliant images in the completed page. I'll be able to level up soon with that!
After finding all the Bogrod foundable fragments, the image in the register doesn't respond to clicking and I can't register the foundable. Is anyone else having this problem? Suppose it might have something to do with fixing the previous bugs.
For those with trouble getting runestone rewards; playing in a team of 5 in the highest chamber worked for me. Don't know if it's the amount of players or the level that does it though.
@Whomiga regarding the runestones, have you been able to get them fairly easily? I never have any issue getting runestones for the brilliant events, but I've had a noticeable lack of brilliant encounters this time, even while using trace :/
For the admins, I lost/wastes one of my runestones because I got stuck in the loop during a wizarding challenge. Do we have any update on this issue, or will this event be extended?
How much family XP is everyone getting for placed images in the brilliant event? Last event was giving me 50xp per placed image so I was getting tons of runestones. This time I've only gotten FIVE xp per placed image. (Only bogrod and monster book so far)
I've also had far less brilliant encounters as usual it seems, even while using trace. A few other comments I've read seem to be experiencing the same issue.

I've now wasted 4 brilliant runestones trying to get the Gringott's Facade in high level chambers. Are the runestones not giving the reward so I can get through the stupid level 2? I'm struggling to get the runestones because there aren't any Brilliant Traces showing up where I live and work. What the heck is going on Niantic?!?!

@LZClaw@Ashera7283 I'm having exactly the same trouble. The drop rates are so astonishingly low in the Fortress it's crazy. The spawn rate of the foundables is also crazily low. I managed to get through to 4/4 but there is a task on there I've been doing for 48 hours now - place 5 images on the brilliant page. 5??? 48 hours and I've placed 2, I've been burning through TTD and DDs. I don't know how I'm supposed to finish at this rate.
@jimerus did you complete the hardest chamber that was not red, or your highest unlocked chamber? For a lot of people those are different. If you are not maxed in your profession, Dark V and other high chambers may show up as red, but because you had unlocked them for other events, you still need to complete the highest unlocked chamber to get credit. If you wait for a good team it shouldn't be too hard to do

For the wizarding task, always ensure that you’re playing in a team of 5, the drops are better.
I had some image re-placed several times and they give wxp 1000 again, is it a recurring bug?

Hi I can’t open any event portkeys. It just makes the game freeze if I click on one to open it once I’ve walked it. Anyone else?

I'm not able to place multiple images in the event registry. The goblin won't place and neither will the one from the portkey.

I am getting no bonus experience when fighting in the fortress with others
My brilliant goblin will not connect in the image room. He just flashes. What do I do? I can't collect any diagon alley images.

Drop rate has been awful. Can't get past the 5 images placed. Wasted 15 runestones. This is obnoxious and frustrating. Not fun.
