Portkey rewards not working

I can’t seem to get any regular portkey rewards at all in the last few weeks. I am able to use the portkey but i cannot find any rewards anywhere. I have tries deleting and reinstalling as well as updating the game, and it still does not work. I am able to get the portkey rewards in the brilliant portkeys, just not in the regular one. Is anyone else having the same issue?

    Is the regular portkey the one where you're on a train? If so, look out the window for the wrackspurts to get the rewards.
