@KAT9255 - totally agreed! I have used 5 runestones so far and not a single fragment... really?? After two hours of not being able to fortress all my runestones are useless. This is beyond frustrating!!🤬🤬🤬🤬
I just used my third TTD to get brilliant traces and then used my sixth runestone and got nothing!! Seriously I have never had this issue before. @HPWUTeam what is going on?? This is beyond frustrating!! With each trace giving three brilliant XP it takes 14 traces to get ONE runestone and I have used three TTD’s to get six runes only to have not a single Gringott fragment returned. In over a year I have never had this issue arise so this is beyond frustrating. After about 2-3 hours I saw the message about the issues with the KB so I went through over 100 SE and am stuck at step two. Please make this right as I have expended a lot of time, SE, and potions to complete step two and am still stuck there.
@Grumpysmiles Welcome to the forum! If you are on the potions page and click on the cauldron you have a chance to do certain moves in order to reduce the brewing time by 15%. Those are the master notes. For example on a base extimulso you would swipe up, swipe up, and then circle clockwise starting from the right side.
I think there is a bug—can’t get beyond stage 2. I’ve had 6 battles at diff levels to place gringotts fragment and none of them have yielded the item. Smh, this is why I quit this game the last time ...
@hpwulola@HPWURiver Please relay my thanks to the developers for making placing Brilliant images only worth 6 fxp. This is such a worthless reward, that once you have placed the 5 images for task 4, it makes it a complete waste of time to place the images, again. You are saving me so much time!

I just wished someone would explain better this fragment thing lol... been playing this for the past 2 years daily yet I find very confusing to understand how to get Thea fragment gringotts ... I got now that I need to get those runestones but then once you have them? Where do u go? Which chamber ? I played with 1 runestone and I got nothing ... so it’s confusing. Anyone can help please on explaining exactly what to do and speak to me in terms as if I was new to this ? The explanation I got are even more confusing :(
as many have commented before. frag.ment reward beside the challenge fragment are a possibility which ranging (many says) from 50% at ruin 1 to 100% at Dark V.
Why has the XP format of getting event Runestones changed for this event? I’ve never had a problem getting them before (in fact in the last event I ended up with over 100 spare!) but in this event it takes 14 Foundables (which are really hard to find even with a TTD) just to get 1 Runestone which seems like a lot. I’m now stuck on page 2 of the Special Assignment as I’m 8 Foundables away from getting just 1 Runestone and even then there’s no guarantee I’ll get the fragment I need from it. Is this deliberate or is it linked to the KB issue from yesterday?
Appears that placing event foundables does not carry over balance - I saved placing the foundables till stage 4 and had 44 book of monsters, placed and count reset to 0? Anyone else experiencing this issue?
@C4tmonster You can't have more fragments than maximum.
For the brilliant book of monsters this would be 20. If you reach this you can either place the image or keep the 20 but you can't collect any more (even if you return more foundables).
Since you can't prestige brilliant registry pages there is no way to carry over fragments (where to?).
I would have though it would carry over so you can place again... remember we need to place 5x in stage4? Only way is to multi-place as the 5th is achieved after completing stage4 which is only possible with 5 placed...
The brilliant foundables should keep counting, so that if you do more than one image, you can keep counting towards another image. I got enough of one Brilliant before going to Part 4 that I should have been able to place one image and had enough left to place another image after it removed one image's fragments.
BTW: I've found that Ruins IV has worked well for getting Brilliant Fragments, at leas t abetter percentage than any others I've tried.
I seem to be having trouble with drop and spawn rates. To echo what a lot of people have said, I've placed 8 runes and received 1 drop. This is frustrating enough but the spawn rate seems to have decreased for me also. I am barely getting any Brilliant Foundables so getting the runes in the first place are an achievement.
I normally do not have a problem with spawn rates during brilliant events. This one is terrible even using trace potions. Also tried 6 rune stones and only gained one imagine. Very frustrating!

Fortress issue have been fix? Just try local fortress and got the 3 fragments safely.

I have completed placing five runestones in a fortress and haven’t received a single fragment. Am I missing something?

i got all 3 fragment from about 12 runestone maybe, just quick bing challenge from ruin1 to ruin V
Used up a ton of tunes tones and it showed a Foundables would be given yet nothing.

@C4tmonster You can place the image multiple times but it will always go back to zero. Then you can start collecting all over again.
